Artificial Intelligence Features
On supported devices, Nik5W1H can use Apple’s on-device Foundation Models and Apple Intelligence to provide AI-assisted features, including:

Nik5W1H does not send this information to the developer for AI processing.
AI-generated information may be incomplete or inaccurate. Users should review AI-generated or AI-organized information before relying on or saving it.
Devices Without Apple Intelligence
On devices that do not support Apple Intelligence, on-device AI features may be unavailable.
Nik5W1H does not send users’ personal memory information to a third-party AI service as a substitute for unavailable Apple Intelligence.
Speech Recognition
Nik5W1H may use Apple’s speech recognition technologies when you choose to enter information using your voice.
Speech recognition availability and processing depend on the device, language, and Apple’s operating system services.
Nik5W1H does not operate its own speech-recognition server.
Location
Nik5W1H accesses location information only when you choose to use a location-related feature and grant the required permission.
Location information may be stored as part of a memory item at your request.
Nik5W1H does not continuously track your location.
Photos, Camera, Documents and Files
Nik5W1H may request access to the camera, photo library, document scanner, or files when you choose to attach this information to a memory.
These permissions are used only to provide the feature you requested.
iCloud
If you choose iCloud storage, information is stored and synchronized using Apple’s iCloud services and is subject to Apple’s privacy and security practices.
You may instead choose to keep your Nik5W1H data in local device storage where supported by the app.
